Performs Material Inspection to Ensure Compliance with Specifications
Selects and utilizes appropriate measurement techniques, tools, and equipment to perform dimensional, material, and visual inspection verification of incoming product for compliance to engineering drawings, standards, and specifications
Reports inspection findings on Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR) and PPAs as needed. Uploads and manages appropriate documentation in corporate quality documentation system (Quest).
Enters CAPAs for nonconforming products and ensure the NC’s lots are moved to Quarantine areas.
Supports the completion of inspection on time & ensure the shipment is not delayed due to inspection process.
Carrying out the visual inspection as per the AQL & ensure the key defects are identified properly if any.
Manages Quality Calibration Requirements.
Manages on time delivery and administers calibration system and ensures that the equipment and quality tools are kept current.
