Key Responsibilities
Material inspection, material traceability and MTC review.
Welding inspection with knowledge of WPS, PQR and WPQ documentation.
NDT coordination for RT, UT, DPT, MPT, PMI and related inspection activities.
Fabrication stage inspection, dimensional checking and final inspection support.
Knowledge of ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1, ASME Sec. IX and TEMA will be preferred.
Preparation and review of QAP, ITP, NDT reports, hydro test records and inspection documents.
Vendor, customer and third-party inspection coordination.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE Mechanical preferred.
Experience in fabrication, pressure vessel, heat exchanger or process equipment industry.
Valuable documentation, inspection and communication skills.
Ability to work with production, welding, design and quality teams.
