Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for directly selling insurance/financial products to customers without intermediaries , through leads, references, and self-sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, and company-provided data
Directly meet customers and explain products
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Build and maintain robust customer relationships
Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 0.6 – 4 years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance
Freshers with positive communication can apply
