Inspect and monitor the quality of Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) machines during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
Ensure machines are assembled and tested as per drawings, specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.
Inspect refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, brazing, piping, and assembly activities.
Perform leak testing, pressure testing, vacuum testing, refrigeration performance checks, and functional testing as applicable.
Identify defects, rework, and rejection and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports, test records, check sheets, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production and Design teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor process compliance and ensure proper implementation of work instructions.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and rework.
Vendor Inspection, Analysis
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
