We're hiring a Delivery Manager for one of our clients.

A remote web design and SEO agency building custom Next.js sites for US therapists and wellness practitioners. Small team, founder-led, growing rapid.

Here's the honest part: they don't have a delivery system yet. Work flows through the founder today. You'd be building the whole thing, standups, ticket tracking, QA, launch process, from scratch. If you've worked inside an agency delivery process that actually functioned and you've wanted to build your own version of it, this is that job.

What you'd own: turning requirements into scoped Jira tickets, managing the dev team day to day, catching delays before they become problems, and running launch calls with US clients.

Remote, Bengaluru preferred but open




2 to 4 years in a digital, web or marketing agency
₹5.5 to 8 LPA
Mon to Fri India hours, with 1 to 2 US-hours calls a week

You'll need hands-on Jira, real experience managing developers including the hard conversations, and robust spoken English since you'll be presenting finished sites to US clients. Process is written application, a 45-minute async assignment, a video interview with the founder, then a paid one-week trial with the real team.
