PreferredMain ObjectiveTo deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and with the required quality, ensuring solid RCC construction as per approved structural designs and specifications.Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall construction project from planning to completion and handover.
Plan and monitor project schedule, cost, resources, and manpower.
Ensure RCC and structural works meet approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and management.
Lead project engineers, site engineers, and construction teams.
Monitor project progress and resolve major technical and site-related issues.
Control project costs, material wastage, and unnecessary delays.
Review contractor bills, material requirements,



DPRs, and project reports.
Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely project completion and successful handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
6+ years of experience in construction/project management.
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural construction, drawings, BOQ, planning, and site execution.
Experience in hospital, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
