We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, follow-ups and internal coordination.

The candidate will act as an significant link between customers, the sales team, production, purchase, accounts and dispatch, ensuring that enquiries and orders are processed smoothly and customers receive timely updates.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Enquiry & Customer Coordination
Attend and record incoming customer enquiries received through calls, emails, website, WhatsApp and other sources.
Understand basic customer requirements and forward technical enquiries to the concerned sales person.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries and customer communication.
Follow up with customers for pending information and requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely response to customer enquiries.




Maintain professional communication with existing and prospective customers.

Quotation & Sales Documentation
Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and other sales documents as instructed by the sales team.
Follow up with customers on submitted quotations.
Maintain quotation records and track their current status.
Assist in preparation of tender documents, technical submissions, company profiles and product information when required.
Maintain updated price lists, product information and standard sales documents.

Pay: ₹11,532.08 - ₹31,318.16 per month
