Role

We are looking for someone to drive Online Sales and provide Customer Support through Reddit, Discord, forums, email, and other online communities.

Responsibilities
Find and engage potential customers in relevant online communities.
Explain products, answer questions, and convert interested users into customers.
Provide friendly and timely customer support through written communication.
Follow up with leads professionally without spamming.
Write, edit, or review basic website and marketing content.

Requirements
Excellent written English and solid grammar. (Mandatory)
Robust sales, persuasion, and customer-service skills.
Experience communicating with customers from the US or Europe.
Comfortable using Reddit, Discord, email,



and online communities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Voice calling is not required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in online sales, customer support, community management, or digital-product sales.
Experience writing online content.
Familiarity with the technology industry or software engineer interviews. (Optional)
Engineering or computer-science background. (Optional)

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability. Performance-based incentives may be included.
