Identification of CTQ & CTP of all material & special focus through check point, Check sheet,do & don't etc.
Ensure any change are through controlled system & comminication to all concerns
Ensure that sequence of the processes used in the production as per defined SOP
Daily process/product audit of all the production line & closing of all NCs observed during process audit
Ensure that all the testing instrument/measuring instrument used in production are fully functional,calibrated.
Verify of material as per approved sample when any changes
Fill Quality inspection & product audit report with detail
Maintain all processes are as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Ensure overall development of PQC team
Conducting Meeting for reducing & improving processes performance on daily basis through RCA
Short out quality problem on daily basis
Ensure overall development of PQC team
Responsible for making calibration plan & ensure every instrument calibrated on timely
Perform accurate calibrations
Record calibrations performed on equipment
Comply with customer requests.
