Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Coordinator / Draftsman who will support the senior management team and assist in coordinating design, estimation, documentation, and site-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Prepare, review, and coordinate BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations.
Ensure drawings and design documents are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for design-related requirements.
Identify discrepancies in drawings and coordinate for timely resolution.
Conduct site visits to understand project progress and verify drawings/design requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, BOQs, estimates, and revisions.




Provide regular updates to the senior management team on design and site-related matters.
Assist in follow-ups and coordination for timely execution of project requirements.

Candidate Profile
4–7 years of relevant experience in Design Coordination / Drafting / Construction / Real Estate.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, quantity take-off, and drawing review.
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
Willingness to travel for regular site visits as required.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Presentable, qualified, proactive, and confident personality.
Robust follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in real estate, construction, or developer organizations will be preferred.
