Restaurant Captain – A Restaurant Captain is responsible for managing the restaurant service on a shift and ensuring guests receive excellent food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Explain the menu, specials, and promotions to customers.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure correct billing and payment procedures.
Guide and support waiters and other service staff.
Check food presentation and service quality before serving.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.




Train junior service staff when required.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Leadership and team-management ability.
Ability to work under pressure.
Positive grooming and qualified appearance.
Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
Previous restaurant/hotel experience is preferred.

Typical Qualification: Hospitality-related qualification, Experience in restaurant service is usually preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
