Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
Avoid overstocking or understocking by forecasting needs accurately.
Negotiate favorable terms to minimize procurement costs.
Seek prospects for bulk discounts or better sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Generate reports on purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.
Ensure materials purchased meet required standards and specifications.
Follow internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
