We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials at the best possible cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate effectively
Create and process purchase orders as per requirements
Ensure timely procurement to avoid operational delays
Maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers
Track orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (stores, accounts, operations)
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning
