SANMAT invites applications from dynamic, confident and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Receptionist cum Counsellor at its Dumka Skill Center.

Receptionist cum Counsellor

Location: Dumka, Jharkhand

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception/front desk and handle visitors, students and enquiries professionally.
Counsel prospective candidates regarding skill development courses, eligibility, training process and career prospects.
Conduct candidate counselling, mobilisation and follow-up.
Respond to telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in candidates.
Maintain records of enquiries, counselling, admissions and candidate follow-ups.
Assist in student registration, documentation and admission processes.
Coordinate with trainers and the Skill Center team regarding candidate requirements.
Support mobilisation activities for increasing student enrolment and course participation.




Maintain a skilled and welcoming environment at the reception.
Prepare basic reports and maintain daily records as required.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in reception, counselling, tele-calling, student mobilisation, admission or customer handling will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Valuable command of Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and computer operations.
Good communication, convincing and counselling skills.
Candidates should be presentable, confident, polite and target-oriented.
