Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and handle their queries professionally.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and other approved communication channels.
Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, requirements, documents, payments, bookings, and other pending matters.
Ensure all client requests are recorded and tracked until closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
