Key Responsibilities:
Manage Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 15189:2022.
Handle NABL accreditation, audits, compliance, NCs and CAPA.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, records and compliance standards.
Drive continuous quality improvement across laboratory operations.
Requirements:
7 to 15 years of relevant experience in Diagnostic Centres / Hospital Laboratories.
Mandatory certification in ISO 15189:2022.
Must have handled at least 3 NABL audit cycles.
Robust knowledge of NABL, QMS, CAPA, internal audits and laboratory quality standards.
