Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the Food & Beverage team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
Monitor sales, revenue, costs, and departmental targets.
Control food, beverage, and operational costs and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper stock control and coordinate with the Stores/Purchase team.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and manpower requirements.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments.




Conduct briefings and ensure effective communication within the team.
Support promotional activities and initiatives to increase restaurant revenue.
Maintain required operational records and reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant/hotel operations.
Robust knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hotel management qualification is preferred.
