We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, build a robust team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You'll oversee staff, manage budgets, and help drive the restaurant's overall success.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling
Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor profitability
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications
5+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
