Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly responsible Graduate with excellent communication skills to manage sales coordination and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in logistics, chemical handling, customer coordination, and internal process management.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.

The candidate should also be capable of supporting the sales team, maintaining records, handling basic documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between customers, warehouse, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer communication and ensure timely updates on orders and deliveries.
Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
Chemical Handling &
Safety
Oversee the safe handling, storage, and movement of chemicals following company safety standards.
Maintain proper documentation related to chemical handling, MSDS records, and safety compliance.




Ensure customers receive correct product documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
Documentation &
Reporting
Maintain sales records, delivery notes, stock movement reports, and daily activity logs.
Prepare basic MIS reports for management review.
Maintain accurate files for customer orders, invoices, GRNs, and logistics documents.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with sales, warehouse, accounts, and purchase departments for seamless workflow.
Coordinate internal approvals, order processing, and dispatch planning.
Support management in operational improvements and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills &
Qualifications
Graduate degree (Any discipline).
Robust English communication
Tamil preferred.
Basic knowledge of sales process and customer service.
Experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse coordination, or chemical industry operations (preferred).
Valuable command of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Smart, presentable, and responsible attitude.
