Role & responsibilities :
Procurement of assigned material raw material / mechanical / electrical / electronic / casting material.
Develop recent vendors.
Floating enquiries, preparing comparisons, negotiation of rates and finalizing favourable terms & conditions.
Coordination with companies, vendors, and OEMs for quotations and technical details.
Managing end-to-end procurement of various categories of commodities.
Follow-up, reviews, and expediting with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Handling procurement-related documentation.
Coordination with Finance, Production, Dispatch, and Project teams.
Follow-up with forwarder until the shipment arrives at the company.
Visiting foundries, evaluating them with the help of QC, and expediting orders for casting materials.
Preferred candidate profile : Prefer working in valves Industry
