Key Responsibilities
Find Current Clients: Search for recent business through cold calls, market visits, and networking.
Understand Needs: Talk with clients to learn their product needs (such as food, retail, or industrial packaging) and recommend the right packaging materials.
Manage Sales: Handle the full sales process from first contact and price quotes to closing the deal.
Build Relationships: Keep in touch with current clients to ensure repeat orders and high satisfaction.
Team Work: Coordinate with production and costing teams to deliver correct pricing and timely orders to clients. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of B2B field sales, ideally within the packaging or manufacturing sector.
Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,018.23 - ₹15,000.00 per month
