Job Summary -

We are looking for a Resume Writer to create and improve qualified, ATS-friendly resumes for candidates applying for jobs in the US market.

Key Responsibilities -
Create, edit, and format professional resumes.
Understand candidates' skills, experience, projects, and career goals.
Customize resumes based on job descriptions and target roles.
Write transparent and impactful qualified summaries and experience bullet points.
Ensure correct grammar, formatting, and ATS-friendly keywords.
Explain completed resumes to candidates and help them understand how their profile, skills, and experience are presented.
Coordinate with recruiters and candidates when required.

Requirements -
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply.
Basic understanding of technical/IT terminology.
Solid attention to detail and writing skills.
Willingness to work in US shift/night shift.
