Chandanz by Chandana Brothers is looking for a energetic, results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our Jewellery retail brand, increase footfall, and drive showroom sales. The role involves both field and in-store activities, requiring robust communication and customer engagement skills.

Job Locations: Vijayawada, Amalapuram, Guntur, Kurnool, Nanadyal, Proddatur

Job Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline. MBA / marketing will be an added advantage.
2–4 years of experience in offline marketing, retail marketing, PR, or business development.
Candidates from reputed jewellery retail brands such as Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, Tanishq, Lalitha Jewellery, Khazana Jewellery or similar premium jewellery retailers will be preferred.

Responsibilities: Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, festive offers, and in-store events.
Assist in basic digital marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp promotions, customer outreach, and social media coordination (if required).

Market Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct field marketing activities including local tie-ups, referrals,



and community engagement.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to lead generation efforts.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales and lead reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with showroom staff, back-office, and management for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or retail (jewellery or lifestyle industry preferred).
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
