About the Role

Mahendra Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities and potential customers.

Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and other sales activities.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order closure.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales/business development.

Graduate in any discipline; relevant sales/marketing qualification is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ability to travel for customer visits when required.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Experience in transformers, electrical equipment, power products, or industrial B2B sales will be an advantage.
