We are looking for a qualified and friendly Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle customer calls. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
Make outgoing calls to clients/customers for follow-ups and updates
Welcome visitors and provide necessary assistance
Maintain records of calls, appointments, and customer details
Handle emails, messages, and basic administrative tasks




Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Provide accurate information about company services/products
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Previous experience in receptionist/telecalling/customer service is preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team

Salary: As per company standards

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
