Role & responsibilities
Carry out daily site inspections for civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and interior works.
Monitor material quality by coordinating with labs for cube tests, steel tests, concrete mix designs, waterproofing checks, etc.
Inspect workmanship at each stage excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plastering, painting, flooring, etc.
Verify and approve method statements, bar bending schedules (BBS), and mock-ups before execution.
Ensure proper calibration of equipment, tools, and testing instruments at site.
Identify non-conformities (NCRs), report deviations, and ensure timely corrective measures.
Maintain detailed inspection reports, checklists, and test records for all construction activities.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to close quality issues.
Ensure handover documentation including test certificates, warranties, and as-built drawings are complete before project closure

Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech - Civil with 2- 4 Yrs Experience from Real Estate industry
