About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently manage customer-facing technology and SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through successful closure.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, risk management, and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer projects.
Conduct project kickoffs and establish scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and governance.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery trackers.
Coordinate with consultants, developers, solution engineers, migration teams, and other stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
Conduct regular customer status meetings and internal project reviews.
Ensure project documentation, MOMs, action items, and status reports are maintained accurately.
Proactively identify delivery risks and establish mitigation plans.
Manage UAT, training, go-live, hypercare, and project closure activities.
Ensure customer expectations remain aligned with the agreed scope and deliverables.




Escalate critical risks appropriately and drive them toward resolution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management , preferably within SaaS, IT services, software implementation, consulting, or technology settings.
Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and change requests.
Ability to coordinate technical and functional teams.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience with ITSM, CRM, SaaS implementation, integrations, or migration projects would be an advantage.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
