Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Monitor patients for changes and report abnormalities promptly.

Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.

Educate patients and relatives regarding treatment and health care.

Handle medical equipment and ensure proper use and maintenance.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide first aid when required.

Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.

Maintain patient confidentiality and skilled ethics.
