1.Project Manager C&I; (Solar)
Education: B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Power Systems or Renewable Energy.
Experience: 812 years experience in ground-mounted solar power plant projects.
Responsible for end-to-end project delivery from design/engineering through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
Solid expertise in solar PV design, SLDs, plant sizing, BOQ, technical specifications and equipment selection.
Hands-on experience in PVsyst/Helioscope, AutoCAD, ETAP, solar PV testing and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of PV modules, inverters, transformers, SCADA, mounting structures, grid synchronization and performance-ratio optimisation.
Strong project management, vendor/EPC coordination, technical troubleshooting and IEC/IS/IEEE standards knowledge.

2.Project Manager C&I; (Wind) Education: B. Tech in Electrical,



Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years, specifically in Wind Power Project Execution.
End-to-end execution of utility-scale wind projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
Solid experience in WTG foundations, WTG erection & commissioning, USS/DP Yard and 33 kV electrical infrastructure.
Experience in RoW management, stakeholder engagement, government liaison and statutory approvals.
Strong EPC/OEM/contractor management and multi-interface coordination skills.
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving capabilities; willingness to work at project sites/travel.
