RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned market.
Expand market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
Develop, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Strengthen channel partner relationships and drive repeat business.
Identify and onboard new channel partners in potential markets.
Ensure effective territory coverage, distribution, and product availability.
Identify locations and opportunities for current channel networks and dealer outlets.
Support showroom development, product display, branding, and product demonstration to the channel network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product launches.
Monitor orders, stock, billing, product movement, and ensure timely payment recovery.
Coordinate with finance, logistics,



and supply chain teams for smooth order execution.
Plan and execute dealer schemes, retailer promotions, loyalty programs, and trade activities.
Organize dealer meets, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain sales forecasts, MIS, dealer performance, stock, collections, and market coverage.
Analyse business performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and market growth.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
10–15+ years of experience in Sanitaryware, Bathware, or pipes industry.
Robust experience in Retail Sales / Channel Sales with proven target achievement.
Robust network of dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners
Ability to travel extensively across the assigned market.
