Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Management • Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive client database (current and existing).
Qualify leads by sending questionnaires and asking relevant, probing questions to understand customer needs and challenges.
Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and the technical team to collect detailed data on noise or heat concerns.
Organize and maintain all customer records both digitally and in hard copy.
Coordinate resources to support impactful sales presentations.
Assist in updating and managing the CRM database efficiently.
Follow-Up & Tracking • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects regarding proposals and project updates.
Monitor the sales pipeline, including enquiries, meetings, and purchase order (P.O.) status.

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with internal departments (Technical and Accounts) for timely verification and processing of P.O.s.
Ensure all customer-facing materialsbrochures, presentations, and foldersare current and available.




Customer & Internal Communication • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Business Development team for information gathering and updates.
Support the planning and scheduling of sales visits and follow-ups.
Communicate with clarity, energy, and enthusiasm—representing the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries related to products, accounts, or orders via phone and email.
Provide prompt administrative support including order processing, documentation, and coordination.
Initiate outbound calls (cold calls/follow-ups) to confirm sales interest and order status.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop effective sales tools and presentations
