Role & responsibilities

We are recruiting a motivated, target-focused Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales operations, covering field sales, lead generation, client engagement, and final deal closure. The position spans B2C and B2B segments, requiring solid rapport with electricians, architects, dealers, builders, and H&I; accounts to accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will drive the complete sales cycle, converting high-value opportunities into successful business through diligent follow-ups, effective negotiation, and decisive closing skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
Own the complete sales cyclefrom initial lead generation to final deal closure
Drive B2C sales by engaging directly with customers
Handle and convert premium customers, NRI clients, and high-value leads
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing to close deals effectively
Ensure consistent follow-ups and solid lead conversion
Build and maintain lasting relationships with electricians and architects
