Key Responsibilities
Develop creative, brand-aligned QSR designs, layouts, materials, and colour schemes.
Optimize kitchen, seating, customer flow, and overall space planning.
Manage recent store openings, remodels, and relocations.
Set project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Monitor project budgets, quality, timelines, and execution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct regular vendor/contractor meetings and resolve project-related concerns.
Ensure brand consistency and quality across projects.

Required Skills AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software

Commercial kitchen layouts & furniture design

Project planning & execution

Decision-making & problem-solving

Stakeholder & vendor management

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively
