Position: Project Manager – Construction

Qualification: B.E.– Civil Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years in Construction

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.
Monitor project timelines, quality, cost, and safety.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work follows approved drawings.
Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
Review project progress, contractor bills, and variations.
Identify and resolve technical and execution issues.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
Lead and guide project/site engineers and supervisors.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of civil construction and project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, methods, quality, and safety.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera and MS Office preferred.

Preferred Candidate: Civil Engineering skilled with 10+ years of construction experience, robust leadership and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects within the required time, cost, quality, and safety standards. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
