Compliance: Ensure all procedures follow industry rules like Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or internal guidelines.
Documentation: Record test results, write reports, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Problem Solving: Identify product failures or deviations and help fix the root cause.
Team Coordination: Work with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering (depending on the industry).
Experience: Often 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, lab, or production setting.
Skills: Solid attention to detail, basic data analysis, valuable communication, and knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
