Salary: Attractive Incentives
Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and current customers.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to clients.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups until booking and documentation are completed.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Provide regular sales and follow-up reports to management
Pay: ₹19,229.81 - ₹74,157.46 per month
