Role & responsibilities
Facilitating finalization of service contracts for all type Electrical (like Under Ground Network, Power Supply and Management, Network Management activities), Civil work, Activities related to Administration and Security.
Providing all required data for making management approval notes for proposed outsourcing contracts.
Preparing comparative statements for new orders, order amendments in ongoing orders.
Coordinating with users for timely PR availability. Monitoring and maintaining PO calendar for timely placements of all service orders.
Very valuable knowledge of contract management, document management and record keeping.
Ensuring compliances as required for regulatory and statutory from contractors.
Facilitating coordination between vendor and users.




Providing first time resolution for contractual issues and escalated issues.
Having good knowledge of SAP MM Module and MS Office
Having positive understanding about Electricity Distribution, Procurement Process and Legal compliance about outsourcing contracts

Preferred candidate profile
Very good understanding about Electricity Distribution, Procurement Process, and legal compliances for outsourcing contracts
Very positive communication skills, Data Analytical skills with excel.
Soft skills to deal with internal users and vendors/contractors.
Teamwork and Co-operation
MS Office suite and SAP MM Module

The candidate should be flexible for relocation within DNHDD Location.
