About the Internship

Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with customers who inquire about holiday packages
Understand customer travel requirements and preferences




Assist the sales team in package pitching and follow-ups
Learn consultative selling and customer communication
Maintain customer data and interaction records in CRM
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for smooth customer experience
Handle WhatsApp, calls, and basic lead nurturing
Support the team in achieving sales targets
