Job Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents.
Drive advisor productivity, sales, renewals, and target achievement.
Train advisors on the company app and processes.
Manage regular meetings and relationships with advisors.
Drive distribution of Motor, Health & Life Insurance products.
Ensure compliance, business hygiene, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Identify current prospects to increase sales and market reach.
