Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage store sales, billing, and customer queries. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in and online customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and explain store services

Billing, order entry, and basic Excel handling

Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and order tracking

Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and complaints

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Qualifications

Minimum SSC or HSC

Minimum 1 year experience in retail/front desk/customer service

Skills Required

Good communication (English & Hindi)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel essential)

Multitasking & customer handling skills

Presentable and qualified behavior
