Job Summary The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials, products, and services at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards. The role involves vendor management, price negotiation, purchase planning, inventory coordination, and ensuring productive procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage day-to-day purchasing activities based on business requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company policies.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid stock shortages and operational delays.




Monitor supplier performance, quality, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams regarding procurement requirements.
Track pending Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery.
Verify purchase invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and related procurement records.
Negotiate annual contracts, rate agreements, credit terms, and other commercial conditions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
