Role & responsibilities
Perform sampling and testing of raw materials as per approved specifications and SOPs.
Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials using applicable pharmacopoeial methods.
Perform testing as per IP, BP, USP, Ph. Eur. and approved in-house specifications.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, pH meter, analytical balance, and other QC instruments, as applicable.
Review test results and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Prepare and maintain raw material test reports, analytical worksheets, and laboratory records.
Ensure proper documentation in accordance with GMP/GLP and data integrity requirements.
Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory investigations as required.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse,



and other departments for timely release/rejection of raw materials.
Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of laboratory samples.
Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
Support method validation, method verification, instrument calibration, and laboratory activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a QC qualified responsible for testing and analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials as per approved specifications, SOPs, pharmacopoeial standards, and GMP requirements.
