Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 months of relevant experience in Real Estate.

Location : Baner & Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable products/services.
Generate leads and actively follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely resolution of issues.




Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare regular reports on sales, leads, and client interactions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2–3 months of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
