About the Role

HayahCare Foods is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control & Quality Documentation Executive to ensure our food products consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food quality management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company quality procedures.
Maintain quality records, reports, SOPs, and documentation accurately.
Assist in implementing and monitoring GMP, GHP, HACCP, and other quality systems.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices within the production facility.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Ensure proper product labeling and batch documentation.
Maintain calibration records and quality inspection logs.




Assist in handling customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Documentation in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI regulations, and food safety practices.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Preferred Skills :
Experience in food manufacturing or packaged food industries.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain documentation accurately.
