Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the design team to understand material needs.
Prepare procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability.
Vendor

Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain robust relationships with existing vendors.
Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
Material

Procurement
Source and purchase materials such as:
Wood and plywood
MDF, laminates, veneers
Glass and mirrors
Gypsum boards and ceiling materials
Hardware and fittings
Paints and finishes
Flooring materials
Lighting fixtures
HVAC and MEP-related materials
Furniture and décor items




Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Cost Control
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.
Negotiate the best commercial terms.
Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving prospects.
Purchase Order

Management
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
Ensure purchase orders accurately reflect agreed specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
Track purchase order status until delivery and closure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
