Purpose of the Job The purpose of this job is to ensure Quality Assurance at our MSPs and to establish positive quality control with our Cut edge and fit process. This position helps to ensure valuable quality of products are delivered to the customer from our MSPs

Requirements

Education
Minimum diploma or under graduation should be completed.
Preferably from the technical education background, ex: ITI, Technical Diploma, Optometry, B. Tech etc.

Experience
Fresher or 13-year experienced person. Preferred if the person is from the optical industry

Other skills
Read, write, and communicate in English (must)
Able to operate the computer and use MS Office (must)
Preferably knows the local language
Having experience in using measuring tools could be added advantage

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):

General and Task Management
Primarily responsible for all Quality Assurance activities at MSPs




Conduct the pre-CEF inspection of Lens and Frame in house and outsourced
Conduct post-CEF inspection of fitted lenses
Be aware and ensure all ZEISS quality standards are met in the CEF process
Responsible to maintain inspection records for inhouse and vendor fittings
Responsible for Calibration (control samples, gauges and instruments)
Verification of customer returns
Work closely with HO quality team to handle critical quality complaints
Sampling or 100% inspection of FSV lenses whenever necessary

Key Requirement/Minimum Eligibility :
Valuable Eyesight (No colour blindness)
Good practical experience of using MS office
Keen willingness to learn and perform independently
Basic computer knowledge for drafting reports and collating data
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
Ability to analyze and interpret technical information
