JD for Project Manager Profile as follows:
To handle Project Implementation, Project coordination, Installation, customer support, Control System Programming.
To handle multiple projects at a time i.e. handling all aspects of the projects like coordination with customer and PMC, installation & implementation of projects.
To ensure timely Preparation of handover report and handover of project.
VC Hardware Installation, Configuration, MTR, Microsoft Teams, Zoom to be Configured s per requirement.
Raise Case with OEM for RMA Support.
Need to Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager for Demo Calls.
Coordinate with AV Programmer for Programming towards ongoing Projects .
Telephonic Customer Support and attending Breakdown calls as per the requirement.
Coordination with internal team for daily basis call schedule.
Other adhoc activities as per the need of the hour.
