Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections to track progress, quality standards, and compliance.
Resolve site-level challenges efficiently and maintain transparent documentation.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety norms, and project deliverables.
Manage project reporting and regular communication with senior management.
