Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage centralized procurement operations across PAN India café outlets
Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency
Manage sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables at scale
Build and maintain strong vendor networks across multiple regions
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements with suppliers
Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply across all locations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse & operations teams to avoid stock-outs
Drive standardization of vendors, pricing, and quality across all outlets
Analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and audit requirements
Oversee purchase order (PO) processes, invoicing, and documentation
Collaborate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and forecasting

Requirements:




Graduate (MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred)
8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in café / QSR / F&B; industry
Proven experience in handling centralized or multi-location procurement
Strong knowledge of food ingredients, packaging materials, and supply chain processes
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management & advance excel.
Valuable understanding of GST, invoicing, and vendor compliance
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience managing procurement for multiple outlets across cities
Strong vendor network within café / QSR / F&B; ecosystem
Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced procurement operations
Robust analytical, planning, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
