Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QMS & Customer Audit Engineer/Executive with strong expertise in quality documentation, customer audits and QMS implementation. The role will primarily focus on documentation and audits rather than routine physical inspection.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complete QMS documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Registers and Quality Records.
Independently handle customer, internal and certification audits.
Maintain documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Prepare and maintain CAPA, NCR, RCA, 8D, calibration and traceability records.
Ensure continuous audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Design and Purchase teams for quality documentation.




Maintain both digital and physical quality records.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
Experience in QMS documentation and customer audits in a manufacturing company.
Solid knowledge of ISO systems, CAPA, RCA, NCR and 8D.
Good MS Excel, Word, documentation and communication skills.
Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, electronics or EMS manufacturing preferred.

Key Requirement: Candidate must be particularly solid in QMS documentation and audit handling, not just physical quality inspection.
